Evan Marbury is an award winning graphic designer and photographer with a specialty in typography, color theory, photo manipulation and page layout. Armed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Evan founded 9ine.4our.3hree in August 2008 to express his unique social views. As the President of the company Evan sets the overall creative and strategic direction, builds key relationships, and seeks out growth opportunities.
Evan has been manipulating images from a very young age. As technology has become enhanced so has his passion for the craft - visual art allows for the self expression . Currently, Evan teaches graphic art to autistic children at the Frost Center in Rockville, Maryland.
Evan is a 2009 graduate of Hampton University from Derwood, Maryland. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in graphic design. While in college Evan was recognized as the premiere designer of most on campus promotional material, ranging from fliers to photoshoots. Evan has had his work displayed in many exhibitions most notably the City of Hampton Official State Wide Gallery (or add an 'S to Hampton if this is not the official title). Evan intends to use his innovative approach to design to establish his brand as the dominant force for the collegiate apparel market.
Darrian P. Mack - Vice President & Business Manager
Darrian P. Mack, has a strong acumen to new media, integrated marketing communications, television production, and business management - he brings over a decade of experience in managing online properties and television production to the team. Darrian began working with NineFourThree as a consultant in 2008 on the company's web strategy. He officially joined NineFourThree as the Vice President & Business Manager in July 2009 and is responsible for business development, interactive media strategy, and website operations.
Prior to joining NineFourThree Darrian was the program coordinator for the American Students Funds, an educational non-profit based in Baltimore, Maryland. He's also worked for Scripps Networks Interactive's leading lifestyle websites HGTV.com and Foodnetwork.com, and WMAR ABC2News.
Darrian, is a 2008 graduate of Hampton University from Baltimore, Maryland. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Marketing. While in college he served two successful terms as President of the Student Government Association. Noted as a scholar and recipient of the Prudential Spirit of the Community award, Darrian, sits on the Peer to Peer Youth Enterprises Board, Gloucester Institute Inaugural Fellow, and is a member of the Greater Baltimore Leadership Association. Darrian seeks to leverage his knowledge and experience to transform NineFourThree into the leading collegiate apparel brand in the nation.
